Our gentle class is therapeutic and soothing to the soul. Practiced primarily on the floor, poses are deliberate and unhurried, and are not physically demanding. Especially supportive of students who are dealing with  stress or injured, this class is appropriate for students of all levels,  including those new to yoga.

This practice gives you everything you need when you want to give thanks to yourself. A calm, strong flow to strengthen your entire body while emphasizing presence, contentment and gratitude. Build heat as you tone and cleanse your body with sun salutations, core work, arm strengthening, hip opening and twisting.

This class will get you moving, and leave you feeling stronger and more flexible. The focus is on alignment and form while you flow. The class often works up to a peak pose or action by breaking it down into  digestible pieces; giving you time to learn and explore, no matter your  level of experience.

VINYASA FLOW

Slow Flow is a  smooth linking of unhurried breath with movement, intensified by mindfully holding postures for several breaths, awakening your body and  clearing your mind.  Expect deep hip, back and leg openings with  longer holds to gain strength and increased mobility. 

VINYASA FLOW

VINYASA FLOW

A creative flow sequence dynamically linking  movement with breath and improving strength, balance, and flexibility  while clearing the mind. This class is appropriate for all levels,  however, is more of a vigorous style of yoga so be prepared to sweat and  challenge the body. Modifications will be given to beginners as well as  seasoned practitioners.

YIN RESTORATIVE

YIN RESTORATIVE

YIN RESTORATIVE

Restorative Yin is entirely made up of poses done close to the ground, like seated forward folds, hip openers, supine twists, and supported backbends. There is no flow, vinyasa, or standing postures. All poses are held for 3-5 minutes per side. Release, recovery, relaxation, surrender, and greater flexibility  are the goals.The practice is quiet and passive and is a great compliment to your flow practice!
